FAQ

Every appointment requires a £10 non-refundable deposit to be paid in order to secure your appointment. No appointment is secure until I have received your deposit.

Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment will require for the remaining balance of your appointment to be paid as I will be unable to fill this space so last minute. (Every situation is different and will be treated with my discretion.)

No shows will be required to pay for the full appointment and in some cases may not be booked in again.

Lash Infills:

When booking a lash infill you must ensure you have you have over 40% of your lashes still on at the time of appointment (this will differ depending on when you book your infill). If you lose more lashes on the lead up to your infill appointment then please just let me know. Any clients who show up for an infill with less than this amount will be required to pay for a full set or pay for the infill appointment as the payment cost must be covered.

48 HOUR POLICY:

If you have any problems following a treatment then please let me know within 48 hours and I will try my best to resolve this free of charge. For example, if you feel you have lost a lot more lash extensions than usual then let me know so we can get this sorted for you!

Each case will be dealt with individually and at my discretion but I do require for you to follow all aftercare to qualify for this policy and I will go through questions with you to find the root of the problem as there is usually an explanation but in some cases there is no obvious reason.

I aim for every client to be 100% happy following their treatments so I will always try my best to achieve this!

I usually advise new clients to start at Classics and build up if they want more volume. I am always happy to help so if you message me any questions and even pictures of lashes you like the look of then I will do my best to give you your dream set of lashes!

Clean lashes are SOO important! Bacteria, make up and oils build up on our lashes every single day so a good lash cleanser is a life saver. I have a detailed lash aftercare on my instagram so please have a look!

I recommend brushing your lashes twice a day and using our lash cleanser at the end of everyday! Our cleanser includes no oils which is essential with lash extensions.
